Unlike many readers, Kate didn't grow up with her nose in a book. In fact, she wasn't much of a reader at all until 2019, when she picked up a romance novel on a whim. One book quickly turned into another, and before long she was reading every chance she got. What started as a new hobby eventually became a passion and inspired her to begin writing stories of her own.
When she's not writing, Kate is usually reading, thinking about future books, or adding new story ideas to a list that's already far too long. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and caring for her mini zoo of three dogs, three cats, and a bunny. A lifelong animal lover, she's never been able to resist helping an animal in need.
